The bulk earthworks programme for Stage 3 commenced in June 2008 and are due for completion in September 2008, resulting in the development of 67 residential lots.

These works comprise the construction of the in-ground services (water/power/gas), sewer and stormwater drainage, roads and footpaths, rear laneways, parking bays and retaining walls. Completion is forecast for April 2009.
